Laughing is the best medicine.

When was the last time you laughed? I’m talking rip roaring, hold onto your sides with tears eyes and for all you women, hoping you don’t pee?

Lucky for me it was last night. My daughter said something just as a took a drink of water. It’s all I could do not to spit water all over her.

Those laughing moments wake up our body and mind on all levels.

There are health benefits to laughter as well; improved cardio health, reducing blood pressure, decreasing stress hormones, boost t-cells, releases endorphins, and great abdominal workout. The real benefit is how good you feel.  Imagine every cell in your body with a smiley face on it. So, have some fun and laugh.
